Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 calendar days from date of purchase & is only applicable for our apparel & home good items, NO beef box options or beef deposits are included in returns. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Luckily it'll make for a great gift for someone!
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same new condition that you received it with and all tags still attached.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards, as we do not offer them.
There are certain situations where refusal of exchange/s are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its new original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Any sale item or item off of the LAST CHANCE Collection unfortunately is not returnable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected by RAM and Co. Market, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and how to proceed.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as a store credit, and if necessary a replacement product will be shipped out once available in stock.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded if they qualify under the previously written policy, unfortunately any sale items or Last Chance Collection items cannot be refunded. If it doesn't work for you, it'll make a great gift for someone else!
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, depending on product availability , send us an email at ramandco.us@gmail.com and send your item to: RAM and Co. PO BOX 603, La Center WA 98629, United States.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: RAM and Co. PO BOX 122, HOMEDALE, ID 83628, United States at your expense. Once received we'll contact you directly to determine if it's an approved return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance at your own expense. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
